Hi all, seems that most r looking at 850.. as far as i know, there r 890 units available... anyone looking for that? like to know if it is worth taking 890 instead of 850... appreciate feedbacks....

One more questions, beside there is a Peremba square building around 11 floors (if not wrong). Like to know nova saujana (which is 15 floors) will it be higher than perema square? Cause I know for office building, each level height is higher vs residential building.

Anyone can advice on that?

Just hope this condo psf will go up to $1000 psf in 2016.

total 2 blocks. Block A and Block B both 15 floors...but units start from lvl 5

Block A fully sold if I not wrong....today is the official block B launch..

Need to ask seniors out here, can I know if this property is considered/classified a high end property base on the price psf and location?or is classified as an average property?

I am new to property and trying to learn from seniors here.

Thanks seniors for advice... Seems like this areas (base on feedback) that I will classified as 8/10 (1 as lowest class and 10 as highest class)... Correct me if I am wrong.

I classified base on 2 factors:

1.area as in ara damansara
2. Price base on psf.

Just my own estimation.. Seems not in the right track ...
