Yes, there a few units left mostly 855sf selling from 625k and above. (before rebate 3%).If I am not mistaken not more than 10 units left. However been told that those leftover are facing lifts. That is the cons of it. Well, there's no news about the bridge.

Guys,

Just curios about an issue. 1st loan disb already done. The project is under DIBS, however i noticed there is no interest payment from the developer side since the bank payment due date already passed. 1st Aug. Any issue on this? Worry will koyak my CCRIS.
Anyone has any idea about this?

How do we know whether the developer has paid the interest for dibs projects?

Perhaps there are some released units?
i just called up malton & the sales person told me that the take up rate for both A & B is 90% each. hmm.gif

Hijauan better, in terms of affordability and exclusivity. Isn't much room for appreciation for nova, if it goes any higher, one would much stay in a more prime area ie Bangsar or Mt kiara

i was interested with the divina by SP Setia.. so disappointed that they did private selling for the VIP earlier & all the studio units being snapped up grumble.gif

I went there 2 weeks ago and there are quite a few 855 sqft left, mostly 13a unit and on the high floors. There's 1 unit of 890sqft going for about 7XX psf.

Both block A & B have leftover units. But by now I am not too sure if there will still be units.

BTW those units are actually not facing the lift but facing the entrance door (not sure what door they call it but it is some sort of security thingy so they have the door there to separate the lift and the corridors leading to the units) . You're supposed to exit from the lift, then swipe your access card to get through the door and into your unit.

I'm entitled for 10%.

There are some low level unit that doesn't come with car park.yes u need to buy or lease.
