Its subjective... But In my opinion, if Block B is sold out within 2 weeks, I would say great job.

It's a quiet and low density service apartment, which is excellent for comfort and privacy. Plus, the retail floor is managed by Pavilion Group, that will add a bit of classiness to the property.

Something weird happening, I thought most people go for highest units? How come low units so hot?

cheaper ma.plus the unit start at level 5..not level 1.so low level also doesnt matter.

Is this DIBS?

If yes, then depends on the price increment per floor, normally if DIBS, investors tend to prefer lower floor for absolute lower entry price and since, ( if DIBS, the progressive interest for low floor is higher over the course period, is save )

Need to ask seniors out here, can I know if this property is considered/classified a high end property base on the price psf and location?or is classified as an average property?

I am new to property and trying to learn from seniors here.
Appreciate your advice....

Booking Fee = RM15K. 14days full refundable. Can use Credit Ca tongue.gif rd but when refund, 2% will be deducted.

Actually depends on how you think ...

For me, I rate it as medium higher end. Most of the launches today, are quite similar of modern facade and a bit high end dy. RM 550 psf onwards is definitely not a cheap product for any condo.

No nid coming soon, Ara Green already a condo with > RM 800 psf in Ara Damansara.

Price too steep for me, and definitely am not that level to play these range. Rather play landed.

Thanks seniors for advice... Seems like this areas (base on feedback) that I will classified as 8/10 (1 as lowest class and 10 as highest class)... Correct me if I am wrong.
