Need to ask seniors out here, can I know if this property is considered/classified a high end property base on the price psf and location?or is classified as an average property?
I am new to property and trying to learn from seniors here. Appreciate your advice....

Most of the launches today, are quite similar of modern facade and a bit high end dy. RM 550 psf onwards is definitely not a cheap product for any condo.

Thanks seniors for advice... Seems like this areas (base on feedback) that I will classified as 8/10 (1 as lowest class and 10 as highest class)... Correct me if I am wrong.
