Medella seems more quiet but Oasis is not happening...

check out their show room, only left one or two unit of 855 selling at 650k with one car park, the rest are 1300 n 1400 size all face garden view

managed to booked a lower floorof 855 unit at 620k with two car parks.

sales is good there only 10+ units (all size) left

This is DIBS with BLR -2.4% rite? Any discounts? Whats the prices of a mid level 1300 sf unit?

Btw, is it good to invest in this area? Many new developments but past 2 years i dont see much development in this area. Developers keep building but for investors would it be good? What kind of pricing do we expect in 2015/2016? Rental yield?

Price wise its about the same already... Medella = RM722 psf (703 square feet) while Nova is already RM725 psf (lower floor but 2 carparks)

Medella (mixed development with a proposed hotel, convention centre etc) Dunno if it'll be happening in the future..Oasis square is certainly picking up (banks, restaurants such as rakuzen, Royal FLush, Old Town etc).

depends.my previous unit after discount at 660 psqft.now bigger unit at 600psqft.

But next door Amaya is only selling around Rm550 psf for its 1500 sq ft unit

Wouldn't Amaya has higher investment potential amaya catch up with Nova?

Usually, the bigger units will have lower psf price. I would have inquired about amaya but 1500 sqf would mean RM800+k which is not my budget for now.

But u are right...Amaya will probably have much better potential in terms of capital appreciation.
