Dear, I will directly ask for refund instead of they transfer the credit to me, as I most likely will not buy any deals from one deals company. Cuz I feel cheated
Added on December 18, 2012, 10:03 pmI have receive the email from hulala, and they r not willing to refund my money by cheque, they will credit to me, which I'm not agree with that. I resend an email n saying I'm strictly need a refund by cheque, else will lodge a report to tribunal of consumer claims Malaysia. Dunno they will entertain me or or, if not I will goto directly to their office to ask for my refund.
Added on December 19, 2012, 2:32 pmDear all, please beware for those who purchase the deals under Hulala. They are not going to refund your money, they will only credit the refund to your hulala account.
I'm really pissed off wi them, have been sending them emails , end up with this . I told them I need my money back, and not the credit affiliate .
What can I do? I want my money back instead of the credit.
