Both of the product is the same, please be informed that, the product is not taking from Malaysia. According to our merchant, she claimed that different country selling the naked 2 will have slightly different in term of packaging but she guarantee it’s safe for use. They do not sell the naked 2 + lipgloss doesn’t mean it is not genuine. This is because the cost price will be more expensive hence the merchant decided to sell both products separately. We did read through all the blog and youtube, the review and comments about the fake product is baseless and there's no official comments from the brand about this issue. When I wrote to JLs they claimed that they will never sell fake products to customer, but now they told you the products different from original due to printing mistake, hmmm... It meant they are cheating all the time, there is never been authentic urban decay naked palette. All are counterfeit .

Since this is the case, you should ask for refund instead of exchange. You may forward the post that i attached their email to them , whereby they are so sure about they r selling the authentic one, instead of these printing mistake products.

I don't think urban decay will agree with all these printing mistake products, and they will definitely go for legal action. I will definitely ask for refund if I get mind.
