sad. i only 60k dps unbuff and you guys are on 100k already.

LS or LoH I think the important is you can survive when using them... I mean tank able Monk using ls/loh. As I understand LS need high damage (CC or CD) but LoH do not need. Every hit generate life (LoH doesnt care enemy amour or resistance)

2200 LoH in inferno (20%) is 440hp per second. With my attack speed 2.47 meaning 2.47x440 = 1068 p/s. I now can stand in desecrator, molten, poison and arcane (not in heart of lazer). For LS I really no idea because I never use them.

3% LS out of 100k is 3000 in inferno (20%) is 600. With my attack speed 2.47 meaning 2.47x600 = 1482 p/s. Provided I can every hit 100k damage which normally as I mention you need high CC and CD. For normal to average people I think LoH is still best for them.

No need to be sad... be hardworking farm and earn money for better gear.. good luck

i was a 40K unbuffed DPS....b4 stating my progress here every 10K dps breached...until now...

no worries....flip flip and sell sell in AH (heck my d3 siggy says it all) and farm farm ....ull reach there...

And, also take into consideration of your effective hp, real hp vs healing rate. If you can LS/LoH for 10k per hit on a pathetic 25k health pool that is 40% healing power.

I myself constantly getting about 5k per hit and my 40k hp pool are hovering around 30-40k even on 3 dissecrater @ mp5.

the reason i asked so coz i'm having 100k unbuff dual wield with 3%LS, ias 2.5+, cc/cd 3x/3xx but i cant stand on molten, arcane and poison. If 5.5% LS does make the diff, i prolly will keep my gold for LS enchoing fury or something similar.

End up i use back my skorn which is more efficient to kill elites by 7sss taking off 40% of their life. 7sss didnt work well with dual wield unless ur main hand is high dps (my 1h main hand is enchoing fury 1k+dps).

Haha i'm one of the skorn user. I'm enjoying the massive hit instead of speed. Finger pain at kip spamming LMB on dual wield.

i got 2 of it, 1 LOH and the other LS.

i had tested it, with the high LOH, no problem solo A3 MP4.
the proc is very nice - "25-50% chance to be protected by Lightning when you are hit."
When you are protected by lightning, it can help you hit/critical hit mobs that surrounding you.
so fun saw those mobs hit by lightning when they hitting you but you just standing there do nothing
Also, the price in AH is quite cheap, you can get a decent stats with 1mil only.
downside is the attack speed is low, not much crit dmg and causing total DPS become low also.

Last night tried benchmark Ghom mp8 took me 5min. No issue with health problem just stand still and whack.
Basing on MP level 10 should be 2 times more hp than mp8 so I can get my kill around 10-15min. Gonna try out today.

u have nice LoH. im still lacking LoH to facetank Ghom.
at mp6-7 if the dps is not fast enough, i couldnt tank ghom till he's dead.

Not that I can't survive higher MP levels, just slower and currently I am doing good in MP6 and quite satisfy (beside the need to fork out huge amount of gold, which I don't have).

Used to hold prior to MP introduction. Nw I felt spam will hit faster. Prolly the mob long hp play a part.

LoH co efficiency is based on skill you use. Inferno has no effect.

My DPS has been stagnant for a long time... so hard to find gear that can improve DPS without reducing my vit/resist/armor...

guess i am destined to farm at low MP...

i'm going for LoH with IAS build. trying to add in CC% to increase my dps.

i dare not go with LS because i read somewhere, to have LS work efficiently, it would require very high and consistent dps. i would think high IAS+LoH work better.

main concern also coz i got no gold ahha

go for the 100k challenge....its a grind game...as we all know..so killing efficiency counts here..more kills more drops more legendary.....try to set a target to be efficient enough to go MP10.....just my 2cents..

Cant say this bro... I use not to change my low dps weapon due to it had 288 vit on it. But I arrange and make myself reach 100k unbuff. But problem is you need gold for those item. However I am also looking for shoulder to upgrade for adding vit~

the game mechanism just promote us on doing that...its a grind game..ur goal is getting better equipment..thats it..

but in order to achieve that...one must first grind....and one will succeed if he can kill faster and last longer.....pls take note thats a two different things to look for..

I was lucky enough that both weapons cost me only 2mil mainhand + 26.5mil offhand (Damn you another player keep on racing bet with me that time, was suppose to be 5mil in last 1 minute)

when i filter, i couldn't bear losing the attack speed that i only look for fist weapons. not much choice. i couldn't even get the shenlong i was bidding ytd. i stopped at 60mill because im starting to feel ridiculous lol..
