i slowly farm, sale items and have 100M gold in hand now but still cant afford to buy good things

i wish i can buy a pair of shenlong fist with socket, DPS hopefully 900+, but when check at AH, all cost > 300M+, some even 1000M+

no, shenlong fist has LOH, just i like the +130Dex and it's looking cool
the +0.33 spirit is a joke for me..

Anyways, does the +0.33 spirit synergy with Combination Strike? does it counted as "Spirit Generator ability"?

Combination Strike
Each different Spirit Generator ability you use increases your damage by 8% for 3 seconds.

if i thunderclap (+6 spirit per hit) + shenlong pair (+0.33 spirit) + spirit stone that have +x.xx spirit, will i get 8% x 3 = 24% +dmg ?

DPS 60k only, can reach 67k when switching to andriel visage helm.

any suggestion on how to improve DPS with my current build?

btw, i'm playing extra life from health globe + some life regen, 0 LOH, 0 LS, but still can farm A3 solo or coop 2 person comfortable.

i didnt use OWE also. i used to have AR 700+ before.
but in 4 ppl coop, elite's fire/arcane made AR 700+ and AR 400+ no different, can't stand in there to fight also, maybe different is only a second to die?
so i switched to fleet foot / beacon of ytar / combination strike / guiding light long time ago.

yes, agree with you, 1 sec could make a different, but i think the thing that actually make us stay longer and a little bit tanker is high LOH/LS with high attack speed.

if i have base AR like 400+, i would rather play a bit carefully and remember to to re-position my monk from fire/arcane. And i would choose other skill like:
1. beacon of ytar - all skill cold down reduction 20%, that mean i can use serenity, 7ss, blinding flash, breath of heaven and etc more oftenly, or
2. combination strike / guiding light so that i can take down mob quickly, or
3. fleet foot - run away from danger faster and chase smoke from ww barb XD

was trying MP4, a normal mob drop me this

does anyone notice legendary drop rate is not as good as first day 1.0.5 patch?
first day after patch i get 1 green 1 legendary glove;
but yesterday night i play 4hours+ after server restart didnt get any

so fast sold out???

i haven't get any legendary for my monk ...

7 set items and 12 legendary in a day???
damn lucky man...

my monk play mp3 like chopping sayur, feel like it is almost the same with 1.0.4;
i play mp4 & mp5. but coop with fren at mp5 elite chop me back like sayur because i dont hv LOH/LS
so i play mp4 (solo or coop) or mp5 (solo), playing whole map A3, fighting every single mob/hole/quest, take/identify/sale only yellow level 60 items and above took me about 2hrs

i think the efficiency is very much depend on your gear and your definition on acceptable duration for a run.
for me mp4/mp5 + 2 hours are fine.

just finished a solo game A3 mp4, 1 set 3 legendary and a key.
first time so many legendary in a game, but the stat are so suck ...

i dont hv LS skorn, but i do have a dex + vit skorn and manage to bump DPS to 100k

i got 2 of it, 1 LOH and the other LS.

i had tested it, with the high LOH, no problem solo A3 MP4.
the proc is very nice - "25-50% chance to be protected by Lightning when you are hit."
When you are protected by lightning, it can help you hit/critical hit mobs that surrounding you.
so fun saw those mobs hit by lightning when they hitting you but you just standing there do nothing
Also, the price in AH is quite cheap, you can get a decent stats with 1mil only.
downside is the attack speed is low, not much crit dmg and causing total DPS become low also.

i have been using thunderclap since i started monk. since then, i never think of changing to the other skill.

yes, the teleport is a bit troublesome when jumping into mobs that standing on fire arcance etc.. but in the other way, it is a great skill to escape from fire arcane as well.

also, in the situation life draining fast when fighting elites, i can teleport to little mob to LS/LOH. i always do that and safe me countless times.

few days ago, i couldn't solo MP10 ghom.
i spent all my gold to upgrade armor, resist, attack speed and now i can stand there tapao ghom in few minutes.

MP10 is really not efficient to farm items unless hunting for ring right?
How many monks are farming in MP10?
