hi lcsx bro, i think this verve in okr will be the same with the one in mk. they have reputation to take care off. But klcc pricing in okr makes ppl think 3 times b4 commit.

Amazingly quite some number is reserved, dont understand what in the buyer mind and a few aunty uncle looks very interested selecting their unit LOL.

This building used to rent to a college but don't know why still like a dead building and eventually the college move out. I really wonder 1300psf can make it?

Developer is crazy to price it this level and those buyers are insane to pay this price tag at okr...>1k+psf. Mad

Subsales 1300 to 1500psf in 3yrs time? Haaa lol. I thought the subsales of verve suites at mk still lower than 1kpsf n they wanna still okr address at this price. I m sure verve mk quality is equally if not better in quality haaa

I'll take verve suites MK anytime. Classic example of over ambitious pricing n greediness. Would really like to see how it turns out. KL Eco city pricing in OKR. I thought KLEC was a tad overpriced. Now it seems like a steal.

each of the unit probably "occupied", they probably stay at the corner of the wall or on the floor, you put a bed/cupboard on them, they have no choice to stay on your bed/ inside the cupboard hmm.gif
