I'll take verve suites MK anytime. Classic example of over ambitious pricing n greediness. Would really like to see how it turns out. KL Eco city pricing in OKR. I thought KLEC was a tad overpriced. Now it seems like a steal.

Don't think so. Verve is definitely still under BKP. Overall, maintenance still quite ok lah!
