Currently, the definition of "luxury" in Malaysia is actually no luxury at all by regional standards or even China standards.
In many new luxury condos in Bangkok, they have started to use marble and fanciful designs and layouts with extravaganzaa facilities including helipad.

Just told my in law we went there to see the show unit, har !!! they answered.... i thought they said so expensive not worth to buy than they told me that building is very dirty.

There is still time for the developer to change the outlook n design of the building to be like a Malay castle for tourists to visit n collect the entry fee . OKR still ONG . Lol

I think the price psf is high considered it is a refurbished condo, what ur guys think?

Went to their show unit last few day. their price was crazy high can go up to Rm1300psf++.the surrounding was terrible, behind got low cost flat, pond, factory. infront got wet market.
The quality of their show unit of terrible compare with mont kiara, I think is because now the company was lead by Alan Tong's son NK, thats why the quality, price and decision making was terrible compare with the father.
If they have the market i dont might buying, but at such a price at OKR, who will rent? and how much can rent? I ask these question to the SA, a assistant manager i saw her name card, but cant give me an answer, just telling me can rent to people who work at midvalley, the problem is there are so many condo in that area, the people who work at midvalley must rent your place? then she faster change topic and said they have good reputation because Alan Tong, then bla bla bla, said their quality good, and talking nonsense, just made me laugh only.
By the way, their maintenance fees also crazy expensive, rm0.51psf, really omg when i hear this...
i feel this project was the worst for Bukit Kiara, Alan Tong maybe will cry...

visiting its showroom yesterday,yeah all the info you guys written here is true.Price RM1100/sqft,maintenance RM0.51/sqft (reason given is less units,only about 360+ units and the maintenance of bridge's facilities are high. All units fully furnished with beatiful id but say we take current market price in OKR is max RM700/sqft,the balance of RM400/sqft is to buy the furnishing from them,still too expensive. If were to invest and flip is quite hard too as the cheapest studio unit available is RM720K++ for 555sqft.I dont think after 2.5 years time could be sold at RM800k for a studio in OKR.This is not Tropicana Gardens
