I am very excited about this project. I ve to Verve Suites, Mt Kiara. Very nice, good quality and even the electrical appliances are good quality stuffs!! The commom areas are like WOW! Hope that my boss can get hold of this project and i can start seling this babies.....

Verve Suites in MK new block launched rm1250 psf. Both studio and 2r units.
Unconfirmed, but this may be lower but not too far off from that range. |

Verve MK still have cheap subsale units. Worth to have a look.
Still, getting this directly from developer will allow you to have rebates and discount. |

studio unit in block C units maybe able to get around rm550k.
1r unit in block a/b is around rm600k. 8xxsf around rm 800k. Price probably increased a little since i was last informed. Developer still have 2r units available for block D ( latest block ). Prob around rm11xxpsf after rebate. |
