i think the problem with 808 is nokia didnt use the lumia branding on it.
i see lots of ppl still think n8 is the best lumia camera phone...instead of saying 808 is the best camera phone see the EOS, 920 all called lumia pureview... |

QUOTE(Everdying @ Jun 7 2013, 10:50 AM) i think the problem with 808 is nokia didnt use the lumia branding on it. N8? best lumia camera? erm... i see lots of ppl still think n8 is the best lumia camera phone...instead of saying 808 is the best camera phone see the EOS, 920 all called lumia pureview... 808 is just a step stone for Lumia to sell the brand~ But wat Nokia & MS didn't not realised is that 808 users around the world out-do the official samples release by Nokia and overcome all obstacles to get the best image they desire (given to the right hands who knows how to use it) At least thank god 808 wasn't a prototype and it was not a faulty camera that produce such high quality images during prototype stage like Juha mention on conversation..lolz This post has been edited by realjazzcoke: Jun 7 2013, 11:04 AM |

Lumia branding is only for Nokia Windows based phones. Neither N8 nor PureView 808 belongs to Lumia family for that obvious reason.

I think 808 is a good ending for Symbian device, its got the best single core devices upon all smartphones worldwide, gt FM transmitter, got HDMI, balanced design from Nokia, superb 41mp with only single core but still can play/video 1080p! Galaxy S Advance cannot play lah 1080p and cannot take pictures up to 20mpx but with only single core ftw (plus HW accelerator and dedicated image chip) can even handle it with minimal hangs and hiccup!! HOW COOL IS DAT This post has been edited by ulwan25: Jun 11 2013, 08:27 PM |

Hi,
new user reporting in, 808PV white. I still remember my 1st phone was N-Gage QD, very good in gaming yo~Coming from an Android & windows phone user, i can say Symbian Belle FP2 is really lightweight and no restriction in file management, kind like combo of Android+Windows..too bad Nokia dump it. Sad... This post has been edited by allanlee89: Jun 10 2013, 11:49 PM |
