Unfortunately this time msian sets rom comes with European rom which are now also mainly AP sets
SME sets will have distinct ewarranty stickers in box front n s SME distribution sticker at back of box
You can call samsung helpline 1800889999 on spot n verify quoting them IMEI number

Make sure is a sealed box with samsung stickers
Open tampered units are obvious
Unless seller goes to great lengths to even change the box
If you are paranoid than buy from authorized retail

Calling to verify imei is still best way

The Digi advance payment will be rebated back to you over your sign contract period. Basically you will still get phone cheaper nett . As said before this is to avoid unscrupulous buyers selling off the phone to make a profit immediately
Come on, there are no free stuffs in this world.
However if you did need to use at least RM48 worth of data monthly, it is still cheaper buy BUT you are tied down to a 24 month contract with Digi
You save the advance payment over the contract period - consider as long term savings not immediate savings

You are a dreamer if you think Digi is so stupid to give you a phone at this price. But nett over the contract period you will get your RM 600 savings back

You can always uninstall those Hubs if you do not need it or just disabled it at settings/applications
I uninstall all the Samsung hubs as i dont use it plus various other samsung widgets
Only Samsung stuffs i use is the weather widget, SNote and SPlanner

In that case Digi is bad choice as their download speeds average 700-800 kbps only , at times you might hit 1000+ kbps
In contract Maxis and Celcom will easily give you 2 times to 8 times ( 2000kbps to 8000kbps)
You buy cheap you get cheap poor service
