To me, a premium quality phone is a phone that doesn't kemek here and there straightaway after unboxing and shatters to million pieces of magic particles after being dropped rclxs0.gif rclxs0.gif whistling.gif whistling.gif

On a more serious note, if Note 2 uses aluminum for it's casing, the phone would be more than 180g as it is now. Prolly can reach up to 250g and more and so hard to carry around with 1 hand. No flame intended as almost all my family member uses fruit company product from tablet to phone and i'm the only one with robot tongue.gif tongue.gif

I tell you guys what, no congratulatory messages and etc. We don't need that whenever a new thread is opened.

Me and few Staff and Admin have started doing this in other threads and give warning straight away. This time I'll just let go but no more next time.

However, for post that says "1st, 2nd" or etc., I'll not tolerate and warning will be given.

hahaha... why need to be so negative when ppl are saying good thing... dont understand why, put up a warning at first page is a nice thing to make announcement, but still i dont understand why cant congratulate a new post... dont tell those bloody thread count again, just open a new thread when its full.. its a routine circle...

Usually samsung reduce the existing phone's price to welcome new phone. of course no one will buy older phone when you can get new phone for the similar price. As for apple, now, why would they reduce the price when nothing new coming to replace the said model?

even now Note 10.1 is selling below 2k at some shop.. cause some dealer earn less, use their commission to cover some cost, so its cheaper

Aiyo, why complain so much about the price drop? If so kiasu just buy Nokia rm90 phone la, all tech stuff price will drop sooner or later.. New models encourage innovation , of course u pay a premium price to be an early adopter...

i never actually consider the price drop or resale value of the my smartphone. At the moment i buy it, i already scrap the value to zero. I just consider the purchase price and the durability of the phone. Example, i bought the Note at RM1,699 (with DiGi 1 year contract last year), I straight away divide it into 24 months estimated useful life - RM70.83 each month which i consider it affordable to me, so i bought it. 1 year later (as of now), some one want to buy it for RM1,400 (with other goodies like SGP leather and Glas.T screen protector), I think it is a good deal, so i sold it and upgrade to the new Note II.

It all depends on one's own valuation about the usefulness of the smartphone. It is invaluable to me as i can check office email whenever i am out of office and my little entertainment machine during waiting/idle time.

Yes, i really agree with ur stand. For me the features and benefits we can get from d fon itself is invaluable as a lot of tasks can be done anywhere at anytime...only if people know how to fully utilize d features of d fon (in dis case note n note 2) rclxms.gif
