so is there any significant heat increase when browsing with 3g/hsdpa? with case or without case..

if the s3 is anything to go by (the note 2 uses the same proc clocked a lil higher) it will probably only be noticable if u actually press your palm on the phone screen.

It will definitely wont be anything like a dual core phone if thats where u came from.Thats just....hot. coming from Note 1.

Note 1 u can definitely feel the heat if u continuously browse a lot, on your fingers.

A battery temperature check between the s3 and note testing gave me about 17 degrees farenheit difference at the peak.

I believe also the location of the processor makes a difference. Thats just something to compare with by looking at the processors, until someone does an actual battery temperature benchmark, but my guess is it wont be far off from the s3, as the specs are largely similar

Currently running stock rooted , so far so good. Battery when using the device is very good , drains slower than most of the android phone. 7 hours on screen with mid heavy usage is great. Not even 24 hours so I think will be better after a few cycles.
Long time never used a smartphone that can last like note 2

AP price getting lower & lower...enquiry at one of the handphone shop in carrefour, now selling at RM2000...

Anybody here tried the Quick Glance feature? Will it be accidentally activated when put the Note 2 inside pocket or use with a flipcase hence will drain the battery?
