The specifications based on your requirements are pretty old? O___o
Mind sharing what you intend to do with the laptop? As different usage will decide which laptops recommended nod.gif

hi! thanks for replying, the laptop mostly will be use for dj-ing, music production, picture editing and not so hardcore gaming.

thats the minimum requirement that i need, anything more with the budget of 2k would be great!!!

Most RM2k laptops do not have very good speakers oh laugh.gif
Still, this one should do the trick, the speakers are not exactly top-notch, but are better than others found in a RM2k laptop nod.gif
14"
dell Inspiron 14R (Special Edition), i5-3210M + Nvidia GT640M(28nm Kepler)@RM2049[2.38kg], 4GB, 500GB(7200rpm), W7HP/W8

*Try to bargain until Rm2k, shouldn't be a problem nod.gif

Not too sure about the exact battery life since most do not have reviews...
But expect them to last from 4-6 hours

I am finalizing my decision, for around RM2800

http://www.dell.com/my/p/inspiron-14r-se-7...ron-14r-se-7420

This laptop is the highest spec I can get, 1TB Storage, core i7, 8GB RAM, 2GB Nvidia Graphics.

Before I make my order, anyone wanna recommend me OTHER laptop that has this kind of specs, has good aftersales, and BETTER looking compared to this, while maintaining budget around 2800?

Specifications for local Y400/500 are already out iinm, if you can wait, better wait for those.

If you are buying in a hurry, then the Y580 would be good enough nod.gif
