Hye and good evening earthing. I need help For choosing a laptop.

Budget : rm2.5 max
Usage : gaming (dota, cs source ) , adobe photoshop, video editing, Autocad or solidwork
Demand : good cooling system, 2.4ghz, 13' - 15' screen, not so heavy like carrying a giant rock (if possible) and also, good handling in multitasking.

Sorry if the demand is impossible. I have low knowledge in computer and laptop. Tq. smile.gif

Prefer brand - asus, sony, or a good one maybe.

Q: is mac is not a good choice ? I just wanna know biggrin.gif

Macs are good products, but they are not really good for gaming... And they are way over your budget unfortunately sad.gif

For Asus, closest would be this one:
15.6"
Asus N56VZ-S3151H, i5-3210M + Nvidia GT650M@RM2799[2.7kg][B&O], 4GB, 750GB, W8; color: black

There are cheaper ones but they are not as good as this one brows.gif

hye again, thanx for the reply. I heard that asus has the bad aftersale service. is it true? doh.gif yawn.gif

and is the lenovo g580 have the same performance as asus N56VZ-S3151H? brows.gif thumbup.gif

Yeah, Asus is not exactly at the top when it comes with after sales service laugh.gif
The G580's GPU is not as good as the N56's nod.gif

aiyo, asus made a great product but not the service. i wonder why. blink.gif sweat.gif

Din't really hear much complaints on the warranty support of Asus in other countries, perhaps its just the management problem in Malaysia hmm.gif

Both the Y480 and Y580 are better than the Asus N56Vz (i5) nod.gif
And Y580 is much better than the Y480 nod.gif

yeah, the price is also not too much different. will take a look at the store.

most of the seller prefer the g580 rather then y580. i dont know why sweat.gif

Most sellers are only interested in ripping you off man, they don't give a damn about whether they are telling you correct stuffs or not nod.gif
And sad to say that there are a lot who really do not know much about computers...

Yeah, i met most of this bunch of them and they gain success of their being money ripper. cry.gif
