i think data will be ok too.. coz if you restore apps..the data is build for the apps version.. so why apps only but not data?

If buy from samsung shop usually is fixed price.

If you buy from outside shop normally you can nego the price or get more free stuffs.

1. You should read the topic first before asking. At least, Google smile.gif
2. Jelly Bean (JB) is only realized in Poland. Which means, Malaysia one is not out yet. Of course, you will not get it yet for now.
3. Update samsung account manually? You can go setting, add account and select samsung. Login there. This should work.

Now, most of the answers are on the first page but again, at least read the past 2-3 pages first before asking..heh~

Nah no worries bro. Just saying and not saying is your fault smile.gif

Hope that helps and solved your problem. If you want to update to JB, try custom rom or flash Poland's one biggrin.gif

Hi,

Lately, my S3 encountered the wifi problems as below:
a) connection dropped and reconnect for many times
b) slow speed when connected
c) cant connect at all

I hv tried the wifi connection itself, and it is fine.

I also hv googled the solution...and found that it is the common problem for s3. see link below:
http://www.gottabemobile.com/2012/07/11/ho...ction-problems/

I hv tried the solution shared, eg dialing *#0011# service mode, however the problems are still exist.

I didnt root my phone, and it is as original as it.

Any help from here will be greatly appreciated.

thanks

1. Try flash back the official rom and kernel you are currently having.
2. Boot into CWM (off first then power button + Home button + volume up) and select wipe cache.
3. Worst case is try to reformat the phone by either: Wipe data on settings or wipe using CWM

Before anything wiping, please backup biggrin.gif

restart your phone. If problem persists, try other wifi points. Last option would be to factory reset your phone. If the problem is still existed, that might be a sign of a dying hardware. fear not, it shall be covered under warranty.

make a copy of your rom . . . .Extract it and search for system.ui . . . . Try to cut and paste it manually via root explorer .

But if u r on JB , starting up doesnt show status bar until u drag it down and clear all the notifications .

To all the bosses.... I faced an issue here. Hope anyone who get same issue before or know how to fix it may help me. Thanks in advance.

After I flash back to my stock firmware, my Naver Line apps keep cannot receive the pop up notification. When someone send message to me, there is no notification at all. Unless I open the apps then only I see the (1) icon at there. I already enable all the notification setting in the apps. But the problem still there. I tried other messaging apps such as whatsapp all work fine. Other apps notification all work fine too. Only this Naver Line app no notification at all. Is it the apps problem or my device's problem due to maybe anything wrong when I flash the firmware?
