Hey guys! For those of you who were asking about the aluminium battery door cover replacement that i purchased regarding whether it affects network signal quality or not (since it's aluminium).

Here are the results biggrin.gif

user posted image

I tested by leaving my phone idle on the desk of my room while i was sleeping (good reception area).

Referring to the picture, the signal strength throughout the testing period was excellent and strong biggrin.gif

I previously had a Baseus Platinum Series case which I tested if it affected signal quality, and that casing did have an obvious effect on weakening the signal strength of the phone.
(brown/yellow colour network signal throughout testing period)

Although this may not be the most precise/accurate test, I strongly believe that this aluminium battery door cover does NOT affect the signal strength.

In conclusion, I really DO RECOMMEND to get this case since there's no worrying about affecting signal quality, plus it really does improve the aesthetics of the phone and make it look much more higher quality and pretty biggrin.gif

Just drop my phone from 4 foot high, battery also terbang keluar. screen luckily no crack. will gt other problem? like hardware inside phone sad.gif  sad.gif  sad.gif
*
in my experience with dropping touchscreen gadget (my old ipod touch 2nd gen), i used to drop it very frequently.
Didn't put on any casing. After dropping for the 8th or 9th time only the home button got problem. Other than that, nothing wrong.

Anyway, i doubt your phone so fast will have hardware problem. Even if got, samsung can change it if it's still under warranty biggrin.gif

If no more warranty and you don't wanna waste money to change the home button, can just go play store and download button saviour or something like that and have on-screen buttons instead biggrin.gif

Guys I think the Oleophobic coating of my phone is wearing off.

I use my phone naked without any screen protectors.

It seems like the oleophobic coating of the gorilla glass has worn off.

It's like, I used to be able to wipe off smudges very easily using my shirt. Now i have to rub it for a long time before it really comes off and it really attracts lots of smudges too now.

How how how how how? cry.gif

How's ultra nano clear?
ultra nano clear is practically the same thing as curved crystal.
the only difference is just that nano clear is cut short around the edges due to the curved screen of the S3,
whereas the curved crystal overcomes that problem by curving the screen protector to fit edge-to-edge on the S3.

both have equally excellent clarity as if nothing is on, both have a slight squeaky feel to it when finger glides across, everything is just good.

but my only complaint is that it's VERY easily dented / scratched.
just give it to a friend who has long fingernails, you will see that the entire surface of the SP is scratched/dented up.

the reason why is because of the surface hardness of only 2H.

nonetheless, the curved crystal did an excellent job as a screen protector as it protected my screen from scratching when my phone dropped in the garden one day and the screen scratched against a flower pot.
The result is massive deep scratches on the screen protector, but not a single speck of dust or scratch on the screen itself smile.gif
