im still having slow connection since last nite
went to speedtest.net and speedtest.streamyx.com.my
both fail at the upload test part
call tm and they say there is no problem at their end and
it is ok as long as i have download speed.

Yea ip remain the same this morning, I restart 3 times still same ip... just now restart again the ip change but the speed still suck... a lot of request time out when ping website.

since yesterday afternoon suddenly my modem DSL light blackout restarted then slow like hell

Yeah if you can try direct call to tm technician. If call 100, difficult to get them set 5120. Cos as long as your speed up to 80% of 4mbps, they consider it as normal, no need to increased speed.

I called 100, they said nothing's wrong lol. I said slow like hell and they reset port and ask me to restart modem, ip address changed but speed is not stable. Sometimes it's up to 4mbps, the next second it decreased significantly.

trying to download some power point slides but the speed is like 'MO ANG TAI'.

such a great service...wonder how long we gonna suffer this s**t speed...open google webpage only I have to refresh few times to get the page show up...even the page show up try search something also have to refresh few times and somemore the webpage can't load full complete...such a hell

i also get same reply even ask me to monitor some more zzzz
mine dun have upload speed and the 2pid staff say it ok as long as i have dl speed zzz

We all should just call up TM and file a complain. Isolated cases here and there being reported will not give them enough reason to justify what they are currently doing. I'll be filing my second report tonight when I get back home.

may i know this tm wifi it is free for streamyx 4m user ? user id & password is same with streamyx 4m id?? i try many time cannot access...how ?

Complaint to TM is useless

TM probably just reply you with their TnC which they don't guarantee international bandwidth
