And how to change dns?

After technician setup everything.....the next day my mom asked to change to wifi ssid...i changed it.

But internet still the same.....but this few days it sucked.
Also when Im using wireless it show New SSID, when LAN old SSID. How to fix this? Anyone can help me through teamviewer?

RM88 is an old plan.

It's best to terminate the current one and change to the new BB Deal. RM110 include free calls to all TM and line rental.

All the telephone cables/wires in my house are concealed, so to find internal problem is definitely a no no.

If you know some basic electronic.
Try directly from their wire not your house internal wiring.
There is a point where their wire is connected to your house internal wiring. That point shouldn't be concealed. smile.gif

DL statistics is ridiculous
You will need to cut a telephone wire and connect to that point then plug to your ADSL modem, don't do that if you are totally unfamiliar. smile.gif

Since they mentioned that their cable is alright and if they didn't lie about it, means the problem is within your internal wiring.

Does the modem affect the speed somehow? This modem is almost 3 years ady, and sometimes the LAN ports will go cuckoo for no reason and i'll have to reset it.

Attenuation is affected by cable quality, the smaller the value the better.
Shouldn't be modem issue since TM tested with their equipment and identified issue is with your wiring. smile.gif

One place you can diagnose to see the point which distribute your connection to all other port, usually those are messed up causing every phone jack in your house is affected.

Try show your ADSL stats before to determine is it the modem fault
