Lately, I noticed I keep getting disconnected whenever I'm downloading at full speed.  I reach max about 380kb/s and I'm using VPN services.  After that, I get reconnected at ip address like 115.*.*.* which has no internet connection at all.

And this happens every single time.  I download at max speed for about 3-4 hours, then disconnect and reconnect at weird ips.  Is this normal?

Im having a problem with streamyx 4mb. I recently upgraded from 2mb to the 4mb package. the bill charged for 140 but my cap speed is still only 2mb... what happened?? =(

I just upgraded my 1mbps to 4 mbps package last week. Since upgrading, my internet line become unstable. Sometime when I click a link, it takes a long time to load and sometime it will not even load. When it works, it super fast.

I try to disconnect and connect back, but another problem,  it really hard to get connected. Sometime, only internet gateway ip address appear but not my ip address. Previously with 1mbps, the problem is less.

I think the ip address keep changing. Previously when I said it ok, the ip is 200 something, but now 175.xxx.xxx.xxx. I didn't disconnect or switch off the modem.

My 4mb speed capped at 4092 kbps. I want to ask whether there is any way to cap my speed at 5110 when calling 100?

But before this I've never experienced throttle speed before. I've tried changing wireless password for my WiFi thinking maybe some other people are using it. I've even tried downloading using LAN. Still slow download rate. I've called TM(100) and they said they don't control users bandwith. So which is which now? I have been on this 4Mbps plan since 2009 and have been a heavy downloader on average downloading from torrent 80-100GB per month. I run my torrent 24/7 365 and have not noticed any throttling of speed until last 2 Fridays when this download speed is slow. I'm downloading at 20kBps max.

I had problem which my ping is not stable. Sometime below 100ms (50ms ~ 70ms), and sometimes 500 ~600ms…or even 1000~2000ms.
I use to play dota 2 but now when i playing i got ping high issue which is annoying.

Can anyone help me on this ? update firmware can solve this issue ?
I got advice from my friend that I should replace the main telephone line which direct to my house.

The result i get is sometimes stable sometimes unstable which is intermittent
Stable is 50 to 80m/s (maybe for 10 min)
Unstable is 300 to 600m/s (intermittent)
Very slow 1000 to 2000m/s (intermittent, during dota 2 game)

The problem is intermittent, but annoying for me, sometime browsing facebook or youtube slow.

Im using streamyx 4mbps since september 2013. Never have problem before until last month i get frequent disconnection. Call 100 several times and they send technichian to my house. They have try everything include changing the join at the telephone pole and change my port but the problem still happen. What to do now?

The snr reading is not stable. Sometimes it will drop below 10. My internet will randomly disconnect

May i know what kind of device that can intefere the modem?

just wanna confirm, anyone know how to or when is the best time to get 60.48.xx.xxx ip address range? im keep getting 218.111.4.xxx ip address.. tried reset modem numerous times, but still the same.. any idea guys?

My case is better, all website with com.my very fast loading.

All other website with .com super slow and always time out. I tried ping, seems that all international website has super high ping.
