Juts applied for an upgrade to 4mbps last wednesday ... normally how long would i need to wait for the implementation?

You are right...my line is 2Mbps only.But I'm on the process of upgrading to 4Mbps.
The story is...
I know one of my neighbor known to subscribing to 4Mbps line...unfortunately during
submitting request at TM counter they denied my area support it,so I requesting only 2Mbps line.
But during installation I've chit chat with the contractor and he says my area actually support
up to 4Mbps,only not appear on TM system.By using his ID(maybe 4Mbps acc according to speedtest)
on my modem during the installation also proved that 4Mbps can be achieved but need reapply upgrading
after the first bill arrive.So on the first bill I make another request through the counter once again...and also
been told my area doesn't support,but they will re look again my request and have to wait for the finding.
After of waiting few month with no news from them,once again I made a report/request of upgrading
but now using phone call to 100.And after that only they ask me to fill the form through the counter.
About few days after then they requesting me by telephone ask to not shutdown my modem
for 3 days(don't know what for maybe monitoring my line).
So here I'm asking all sifus here for 2nd opinion regarding my case....

Since last month, every times i want load a video it will downgrade play to 140p and sometimes still buffering at this low quality

And sometime, i have to refresh the video page a few times in order to buffer at normal quality. I think it could be TM fault, the connection also not stable since last month

Hi LYN, i am a streamyx 4mbps user. The problem i facing now is a bad latency/ping. I am using the modem that given by tm net. Normally my ping is around 50-60ms, when i started to play my online game for around 20-30 mintues, the ping suddenly jump rapidly to 1k-2k, sometimes even 3k. I ping google.com and it show a very bad ping for me to continue playing. Then, i go and turn off the wireless, it turns to 50ms constantly then abit 2-3 minutes, it goes back to 1k ping++. Can anyone of you tell me what is the problem?

anyone here facing Youtube are streaming extreme slow from last week even 360p also need wait  but other website are normal such as video HD also no problem
