Details of the complaint : Buy dell vostro 3560 Full HD 1920 x 1080 from leoyew on RM1900 + RM50 courier. But end up received dell vostro 3560 HD 1336 x 768. And leoyew refuse to full refund or discount. and ask me to report to lowyat. He said there is no different between full hd and hd.

Ask him to learn about technology 1st before say something. If no different why LCD TV for full HD and HD sell at different price. Same for notebook and that really huge different.

But do you sure he selling Full HD.... only HD mention there... and even pic also say HD only



even the price is so low for Full HD screen.

I have double comfirm with him, but he said it is full HD, that why I brought from him. Receipt also show Full HD. 1980 x1080.

Pls look at the picture carefully, It is model 3460.
I have check out other website, the model 3560 has full hd specs.

Please look at the laptop screen. It show max 1366 x 768.

Seller made a mistake... I have check your notebook original spec.... found this...

Its not about whether u can get it full hd below 2k or not

its about seller reliability. Yes, from the ad also can make buyer confuse whether its 3560 or 3460. But since buyer already ask seller and confirm that its Full HD, plus the spec in invoice also written Full HD, yes i agree that seller should take the responsibility here.

PM him to come here explain.

try to ask him come here settle. if not just go make a police report n tribunal case.

rm2k is not easy to earn yo.

for me Full HD vs HD is a freaking huge different bcoz of the space (where i can spam shortcut).
its better for you to make a police report asap if he does not admit his mistake n drag this. from end-user POV, no point dragging if seller has too much excuses

Beware if you wanna trade with this buyer, he will ask u pos to kuantan, yes he will paid you money, after he received he will claim this things isnt what he want he want you refund Few hundred ringgit to him if you refuse he will report to lowyat consumer right. Before trade with this guy please tell him item no refundable for unreasonable reason. I offer full payment refund he refuse somemore post a topic in lyn & said my bad.
