Details of the complaint : Buy dell vostro 3560 Full HD 1920 x 1080 from leoyew on RM1900 + RM50 courier. But end up received dell vostro 3560 HD 1336 x 768. And leoyew refuse to full refund or discount. and ask me to report to lowyat. He said there is no different between full hd and hd.

Please refer to the invoice, it stated there full hd 1920 x 1080.  Yew_wai_leong_Receipt.pdf ( 4.82k ) Number of downloads: 410

I have double comfirm with him, but he said it is full HD, that why I brought from him. Receipt also show Full HD. 1980 x1080.

Pls look at the picture carefully, It is model 3460.
I have check out other website, the model 3560 has full hd specs.

Please look at the laptop screen. It show max 1366 x 768.

This seller company is "used safe enterprise"

No, the seller refuse to refund. But I got buyer interest this laptop and brought from me. I just want to let this guy know, this is not the correct way to do business. All I want is apologies from the seller. that it.

Finally you have come here.
First you tell me is Full HD. Refer back to photo 1 and your receipt, do you indicate resolution 1920 x 1080? U donno the specs or I donno the specs? Full HD is 1920 x 1080 resolution. Please google it.

Second, you refuse to refund to me. Photo 2. you said that HD and Full HD no different, and will not entertain for unreasonable request.

Third, U lie again, I request for discount RM300, but now you said is RM500. Please refer to my photo again.

Final. I already sell the laptop to other ppl. Now I just want to admit you do have this to me and apologize to me. and I never ask u to do any refund. I'm not the greedy person.

If you have apologize to with I will never disturb your thread again. If I do, Moderator please blacklist my name.

Hi lim, may i know which my evidence is fake? i got picture and video, can you leoyew upload video too? U are the one who call middle of the night, and now saying me use other ppl phone number disturb leoyew?

Sony Lim, U are very smart. But do you know how to differentiate which is origin sms and fake sms? Before you use "fake sms application", u must know how to differentiate them.
Please look at my video again.
click and hold the sms, untillmessage option pop up, choose "view message details".
If it is outgoing sms, it will show TYPE, TO, and SENT.
If it is incoming sms, it will show TYPE, FROM, RECEIVED and SENT.

If you are use Fake Sms Apllication, there will not have SENT on incoming sms.
Can you prove it?
