from my understanding, not everyone understand the difference between full hd and hd.
even i myself cannot explain it. i only can tell you that there is a word extra : ["full"].
I think there is a misunderstanding that causes unhappy event between both you and leoyew.

some one is subscribing the maxis unlimited from him, we wait and see what are the results. [buyers please comment if you got the maxis plan working, thanks ya]

I think this is not misunderstanding, before you sell any product, you must know the technical spec.
for example, If you buy a 5 series BMW, they give you 3 series BMW, what is the different? Still BMW what, but you pay 5 series BMW price.
Same with me. Full HD are much more expensive than HD. And the attitude of seller, really not resposible when problem occur.
