Finally you have come here.
First you tell me is Full HD. Refer back to photo 1 and your receipt, do you indicate resolution 1920 x 1080? U donno the specs or I donno the specs? Full HD is 1920 x 1080 resolution. Please google it.
Second, you refuse to refund to me. Photo 2. you said that HD and Full HD no different, and will not entertain for unreasonable request.
Third, U lie again, I request for discount RM300, but now you said is RM500. Please refer to my photo again.
Final. I already sell the laptop to other ppl. Now I just want to admit you do have this to me and apologize to me. and I never ask u to do any refund. I'm not the greedy person.
