Ain't it obvious already? After selling the seller said there's no difference between HD and Full HD then the buyer ask the seller the reason for the 768p screen, that alone tells us that the seller did mention/promise/said that the laptop he sell is indeed full HD (1080p)
And the reciept CLEARLY stated,
BIG BIG CLEAR CLEAR 1920x1080 (1080p, FULL HD)No more arguing la.
vege is also very simple, he dont want anything, he just want a apology for the mistake. Why not just give him an apology like a real man?
The sentence above leads to a little story of mine :
I've bought a pair of in-ear headphones from LYN before. I wanted model A, the seller send me model B instead.
I complaint, he kept saying sorry and he say he will compensate the postage fee for me to send the model B back to him again, in the mean time, he allowed me to
OPEN model B and test it and give review, ain't that nice?
Of course I refused as that is not the model I wanted, 2 days later I recieved model A and RM7 attached.
