we've just booked a casa green unit today after comparing wif WOTP

buying factors of

casa green
- side by side two parking lots (WOTP oso two parking lots but vertical parking)
- can connect through alam damai
- A/C compressor is not located near the corridor which will be less heaty for ppl walking at corridor
- around 350psf, after discount is around 320psf, quite attractive and such a big unit, good for family

WOTP
- more plants and larger garden area (personally think all these facilities are reflected in the price, not extremely important)
- developer more reputable (important)

dr abu, we bought south view level 13A 1873 sqf, i think left only level 5 n below for that size how bout u?

Did you go the site to take a look? we did but there is road construction ongoing so can't really go in to get a closer look

yes yes..that's why SA keep on pushing for south view, north view will see Taman Seri Cheras Jaya which is quite old area..if really wan to see the site, must pass through Taman Seri Cheras Jaya, will explore next time..

btw, wondering where is the nearest chinese primary school...

great...so school is not a concern now since at least got three.. who else has booked unit in casa green? for own stay or investment?

Hi neighbours, my story not so dramatic but worth to tell also.
Back in the end of year 2012, my husband and I were looking a bigger unit to replace current staying pigeon hole unit due to new family member addition.
We get to know there is a project 'The iResidence' which seems good to us, i think from lowyat too. Bad news it was already sold out months ago.
One fine day, we went to mahkota cheras that area to see the environment, try our luck to see any upcoming project near there or not.
We saw a lot of banners hanging around, what "luxury semi-D in the sky" if not mistaken.
It looked like scam or something as it didn't reveal actual condo name.
Lucky that we've given it a chance to visit the showhouse and it was sent by destiny that we become casa green owner, as everything just happen at the right timing.

Urgent, is anyone know air cond piping provided? R22 or R401A?
