i think around rm7-10 per sqft gua.... not really sure tongue.gif

Latest update from FB (Developer) where Amber Homes has submitted the appeal to MPKJ on the postal address for example:

Block No.-Floor Level- Unit No. (A-06-05)
Casa Green, Jalan Casa Green
43200 Cheras, Selangor

At least Ronald really instructs his team to follow up closely.
We shall see if MPKJ approved or not.

1st is address...2nd issue is the lift...hope we get a good finishing at the end of sept...another 2 months ya!!

Dah Raya, and VP soon.

But I've asked an apprant "sifu" in construction

Based on the value of our condo, technically is just middle range la, tak Sampai pun luxury pricing.

And he agree that the lift if probably permanent one already! And can't do much except putting on sticker

And the wall is partially painted also suggest no further plastering or tiling will be done too.

So hopefully nice wall paper and lift sticker will be used to beautify the place for us!

When would expected VP date for Casa Green? Looks not bad at all, value for money in my opinion. For the price you all paid, for now probably will only can get 1100-1200 sqft.

VP according to the management should be by Sept this year,

So I think late sept or early October will be the time!

Since block a is very nearby to the mosque, any idea how is the noise condition during prayer time?

I've driven over there before, the lower level of block A can heard the calls to prayers, but it'll be very minimal, I was walking arnd the back and did not realize until I really paid attention to it!

U really got many lubang to understand the construction work (really Sensei)
Ronald did mentioned since Casa Green is the flagship project, he will try to ensure the quality of final products to be comparable with those high end projects...
within next 2 months, we shall see how...

Based on my understanding, there's already some ppl that are planning to flip even now.

As for 3 years down the road,with highway nearing completion and mrt functioning, probably more will flip for a big pay day!
