But the lift itself looks like besi buruk :'(

Believe is the sticker belum take off. The sticker Is for protection for the lift. Avoid some chemical stain or scratch During construction period. No need worry much on this.

During manyak renovation going on. Just remember to request your management use this to protect your lifts.

I supposed there is a service lift, right?
All renovation materials or moving in/out furniture should go through there, hence the damage to the lift will only on service lift instead of common lifts but still they will put the canvas and cover sheet for protection...
I dun think the management will not without experience on how to deal with renovation matters, if not then jialat loh!!

Dear all neighbours, today passby the back of CASAGREEN, discover the fencing panels as attached picture, is a little bit too easy to climb over. What do you all think? Is that OK?

Cannot climb 1 lar. This fence is design for anti climb. Good quality 1. Even Setia Eco park and many high end condo also use this type of fence.

U can try climb n see. I bet u can't even hold properly n climb.

Oops saw the first picture the outside blue fence next to condo fence...the height macam ok to stand on it n jump over.

I don't see the problem with the fencing la, mmg now all condo and housing unit like this design.

The blue gate and our fencing is separated by a storm drain I think, should be a no issue I suppose!
