Unit itself looK's good, corridor too narrow, looks like around 6ft width only, the lift lobby need some wall tiles...

didnt measure the width of the corridor, but agree that it should have been wider, as for the lift, it's puzzled you as much as me!

Dear All Casa Green Owners,

I have a shocking news. After clarification with Puan Sazzeline (Ext: 4011) from Jabatan Perancang of MPKJ, she told me that its the Developer, Amber Homes S/B who filed in project application, they file under 'pangsapuri' property type so mpkj issued the Surat Kelulusan under this same category. But she said if not mistaken, it's proposed as Casa Green Residency but she's not sure, need to check back the file from documentation as too many projects been handled by MPKJ.

We have been misleaded by Developer's sales tactics and brochure. She also said she remembered Casa Green is Pangsapuri High Cost as per Amber Homes. Further asking if we are able to request for changing name, she said its the Developer duty to submit for change of name ASAP before the VP as MPKJ still allow for resubmission. Only the postcode is decided by Pos Malaysia whereas full address is finalized by MPKJ.

What we can do now is to request Surat Kelulusan from MPKJ to Amber Homes. We can check with MPKJ but currently they are off till 24/7, hence we will need to see Developer and seek for their explanation.

Once again, I urge everyone to join in petition by signing the appeal letter (with details of unit number, owners name, contact details and email address) in order to make Amber Homes acknowledge our frustration!!

With this, are you able to get at least 50% of the owners signature and agreed on the proposed change of name ? Else developer might ignore your personal request or seem as 'minority' request.

Corridor width consider ok. Can count the floor tiles. Should be 1x1 or 1.5x 1.5 tiles... Roughly 6ft+. Consider ok.

Lift area is a major problem. Without wall tiles. Very hard to maintain 1. Finger print, foot print, scratch, dirty water spread mark and macam macam. Once on it. Jialat.

yeah, balik balik also the lift that's giving headache now.

but looking at my first pic at pg101 post#2005

you'll see that the lift area is tiled up, so i am expecting something similar

as for the lift itself....... i also dont know if thats the final product.

guts feeling says no since if they do nice nice now sure kena scratch la and stuff

but takkan once complete, they will have the effort to dismantle the door and re installed something nicer?

anyone have dealing with lift before?

Facility/ground floor Main lobby lift got wall tiles. I think above all unit floor lift lobby no tiles.
Coz sudah paint white color. how can tile stick on it? High chansi no tiles.

Dear All,

Latest update after calling Amber Homes. I talked with Ronald (boss) after I mentioned that we are going to lodge complaints on the name with "Pangsapuri" in which he did acknowledge this issue and now is arranging Architect to submit appeal to MPKJ after seeing the FB comment. We will wait for his update again...

Besides that, for the electricity matter, the application of Single Phase is under the consultation of professional from the M&E team, and we shall measure if the supply is able to withstand the demand later...

About the maintenance charges rate, the management is still yet to finalise taking the consideration of FB query but emphasize it is up to future JMB to decide as well as the money collected is for the purpose of maintenance and management of common area.

For the internet and telephone cable, they have chosen TM / Unifi because of the readiness infrastructure as compare with other ISP.

Ronald also mentioned that he did read through Lowyat forum and FB as well but did not comment due to do not want to over promise. He stated that we Casa Green buyer will get value for money...

At last Developer heard our frustration....
Hope they can really resolve this issue without affecting our owners interest!!

What I have done is for the sake of Casa Green community. Thanks for all your support and will update if there is any latest news.
