Haha..my case is a bit special~~
i was with my gf and scouting for our new home around the area...
we have visited Windows on the Park and 2 mores show house (really cannot recall the name) the same day~~
When heading back from WOTP~~pass by CG's junction at the traffic light and my gf ask me to have a look also...was a bit fed up and frustrated with the show room visiting already (dulan with the crazy price and the mickey mouse units)

i shouted to her saying that i dont wanna visit any showroom already but some how i just make a turn in uncontrollably~~


it is almost love at first sight but the list for block B is very long (lining up at number 168  )~~was thinking we sure cant get it already~~but then talked to the SA and express our seriousness and determination in getting a unit...surprisingly the SA called back and offer us a unit in Block A (was said to be fully sold)...PLUS it was at 18th floor with 2 car park very near to elevator~~happily take it of coz....

Sometimes i think this is faith
and faith to stay near all fellow Casa Green owner

If like that, I become more confused as I checked TNB website in regards of initial deposit to be placed as per attachment
But the Stamp Duty is part out of scope, not taxable supply which pay to authorities, hence should be no GST
Correct me if I am wrong..

Dear All Casa Green Owners,

I have a shocking news. After clarification with Puan Sazzeline (Ext: 4011) from Jabatan Perancang of MPKJ, she told me that its the Developer, Amber Homes S/B who filed in project application, they file under 'pangsapuri' property type so mpkj issued the Surat Kelulusan under this same category. But she said if not mistaken, it's proposed as Casa Green Residency but she's not sure, need to check back the file from documentation as too many projects been handled by MPKJ.

We have been misleaded by Developer's sales tactics and brochure. She also said she remembered Casa Green is Pangsapuri High Cost as per Amber Homes. Further asking if we are able to request for changing name, she said its the Developer duty to submit for change of name ASAP before the VP as MPKJ still allow for resubmission. Only the postcode is decided by Pos Malaysia whereas full address is finalized by MPKJ.

What we can do now is to request Surat Kelulusan from MPKJ to Amber Homes. We can check with MPKJ but currently they are off till 24/7, hence we will need to see Developer and seek for their explanation.

Once again, I urge everyone to join in petition by signing the appeal letter (with details of unit number, owners name, contact details and email address) in order to make Amber Homes acknowledge our frustration!!

Based on the value of our condo, technically is just middle range la, tak Sampai pun luxury pricing.

And he agree that the lift if probably permanent one already! And can't do much except putting on sticker

And the wall is partially painted also suggest no further plastering or tiling will be done too.

So hopefully nice wall paper and lift sticker will be used to beautify the place for us!
