I am just worried whether i made the wrong choice of buying the house or n0t?
Personally i only got to know the house location issue after purchasing the house.

Will this a good place for investment or to stay?
Anyone staying there.

Do you think its wise to sell off but with losses of course?

Nada Alam in future going to huge because its a master township..plan to be like Nilai Impian with houses, shop lots, apartments and facilities school etc..

the problem is yes no 1 is the smell..

no 2 is the rock quary..

not sure about the rent coz nearby is factory area..and most of the people are living in Nilai area..

I did a visit to the Nada Alam as well as Dmayang Sari... later going to visit the place/surrounding as well as CitraHill.

When you said smell? what smell? I went down walking, no smell, maybe the wind direction.
Quary...loud banging sound??

The build quality seems not bad and the design is good, but need to research more.

Thanks.

Thx. Looking for a bit rural or quiet place...city life is tiring.
Still exploring for other places too.

I like their simple design as it fits all i wanted. You know with our limited $ for old days, we have to spend wisely.

Unifi or any fibre is still a big question here on when will have. 4G is out..left 3G..and hope 3G is good enough.

Yeah I thought 20x70 is very small indeed. Dont underestimate Seri Pajam, their houses are getting more expensive nowadays..

How much is the selling price? I bet is around 350k-370k price tag margin?
Anyone knows how is the uptake for Nada 2B?

This is Phase 2b, it is little smaller in size but for this single storey, the price is from RM400k.

I also surveyed some of their existing and new development, seems quality improved and price too.
Still comparing with other locations...exploring.

Need to slowly explore as we all earning hard earn money with sweats.

It sounds small coz 4 rooms inside but with the high ceiling, it doesn't really look small.
went to the cny launch, quite impress with the "duplex" bedroom design.

still considering to grab or not.

Seri Pajam got the balls to launch 20x70 at around 400k, maybe they have really done their survey and found that the price is acceptable around this area..

Yeah, phase 2 Nada was 22x70, also around 400k.. Then 2b only 20x70, with the same price tag..
Take it slow, but nowadays the price of houses are not really that cheap bangwall.gif

20x70 with 4 rooms sounds super cramped inside! If 22x70 with 4 rooms i think it would be just nice..
Not sure how would the 20x70 with 4 rooms feel.. Got to check the show house if it is available..

Well this are the prices launched by Seri Pajam from 2012 to 2016 covering citra hill and nada alam..
I am just putting things into perspective here.. Of course, this is for the intermediate unit and only from rough estimate

Citra Hill (2012)
22x70 (single storey) : 280k
22x70 (double storey) : 350k - 410k
20x70 (double storey) : 350k (launched later in 2013)

Citra Hill 2 (2014)
20x70 (Double Storey) : 420-500k
22x70 (Town House) : 240k-300k

Nada Alam (2013)
22x70 (Nada 1 - Double Storey) : 470k
20x70 (Nada 1 -Double Storey) : 440k
22x70 (Nada 3 - Double Storey) : 500k++

22x70 (Nada 2 - Single Storey) : 400k
20x70 (Nada 2b - single storey) : 400k

Although the growth of this area is kinda slow, the house pricing is definitely becoming more and more expensive.
Probably it is the spillage effect from EM and SEH
