Lekas Pajam exit to Semenyih is around 10 minutes.

The distance and time is ok but the highway toll and petrol is a kill.

Compare the price of the same size landed in Cyberjaya to the units in Seri Pajam, I think the toll and petrol can be completely offset.

Agreed. But nowadays toll is almost everywhere in KL, so we cant really complaint much about that sad.gif

Yea. You got your point. How much is the differences anyway?

Cyberjaya = 1m and Seri Pajam = 500k?

That will be about roughly 2.5k monthly of bank loans, which may offset the petrol and toll budget

I still think pajam is slightly overpriced. No?

At least 200 - 300k difference..

Overprice it depends on individual perception, maybe overprice for some people but maybe is a value buy for the other instead.

Single phase min.45A MCB(can change to max.63A MCB). If your house load all total near to 45A, is better upgrade to three phase.

Wah, not bad.They have already launched Citra Hill 2, newer phase
named Violet!

Admist economic instability, GST and what not, there is still demand for properties actually. I am kinda taken aback by that.

Kudos to Citra Hill 2 first phase buyer, there are surely some paper gain once this Violet project are bought by property enthusiasts!

I take it the project is sandwiched in between EcoMajestic and Nilai Impian, so it has boosted the growth here as well

Not really that much, in between 40-70k.
Citra Hill 2 was launched at around 500-530k

Yeap, I am kinda agreeable to you. NI is hitting 600k as well. This Citra Hill 2, seems to be very far to KL center also hitting almost 600k tag.

EM created a high bench-mark price for houses, so Seri Pajam could capitalise potential owner on this matter

The potential uptake of new phase of this development would be interesting

Hi guys,
Went to see CH2 and notice that the houses are all complete and the house numbers are currently following by sequence, ex, 1,2,3,4,5,6...
Follow vt the office and they claimed CC will issued once the underground tnb cables are done..
Anyone knows when would we get the keys?
