Haha, they don't have vast land, they just keep promote the launched properties until all sold.

I just saw from their website new launched Senawang Nusa 15 20'x70' single storey is from RM 378K, might as well go for Nilai Nada 2b 20'x70' single storey from RM 398K. The price gap is getting small for their ulu and not so ulu projects.

im so sad in year 2009 dont buy a sub sale in bdr teknogi kajang for rm105k when offer by land lord

better buy subsale props in kl/selangor..you are so used to taking LRT, im sure you wont like to drive from senawang to kl..unless u die die want landed, prepare to sacrifice your convenience to and back from work and replace it with tiring 1hr+ drive

Ya..single storey is that price now there. double is like 500k for a start.

in KL/PJ area..can't even buy with that price... else really need to go further away.

Taken the key and took some street views.

For wet kitchen, no table top, just the sink which is good for those want to heavy renovate the kitchen. It is about 6ft x9ft = 54 sqft matched with one of IKEA kitchen cabinet RM 3,549 design I searched.

Hardly can find new single storey now. I bought single storey terrace(fully extend backyard) 22'x70' rm145k in year 2009.

Current one is fully extend front and backyard, there is two side opening at car porch for each house, what you see one is mine and the other one is neighbour. (According to construction team is due to Majlis perbandaran requirement...) It is going to flood the car porch if not cover.

mayb u should try area citra hill 2...only few minute to LEKAS and PLUS.. then near to the KTM batang benar also.

Both houses I purchased from Sri Pajam, one in a week after launch (year 2009), one in first day launch(year 2015) delivered within 18 months!

No, it is in Bahau.

Nada Alam first phase launched in year 2013, I managed to check it before hard launch, but missed the early bird. That time Nada 1 double storey terrace early bird RM 400K, official launch RM 440K, then later RM 480K.
Nada 2(included 2b) is only phase with single storey terrace.

It is special experience with Seri Pajam.
I had stayed in one Semi-D corner(relative's), one Semi-D shared back (sold and upgrade to one terrace corner), three intermediate terrace(one rent and two own).

Just a question for those who bought from Seri Pajam recently.

What discount package/ freebie did you get? Were there free legal fees for S&P, loan agreement and MOT?

Sales staff said have to go to sales gallery to know about discount package, but would like to have an idea first before making a trip there.

Seri pajam always free S&P and MOT. Legal fees for loan depends on bank package.

First house no discount. Second 5%. If you are bumiputra, another 5%.
