I'm from TM, one condition for TM to bring in Unifi or Streamyx they need at least 50-75% residents already stay at the resident area. the cost to pasang that exchange is not cheap. so unless we can get a list of details and submit it TM, it will take 2-3 years.

I've created a Citra Hill 2 Seri Pajam FB group incase for easier communication later on.

heard that the latest we will get the key it's on end of Nov or early Dec 2015.

my family house area in JB already submitted form to TM but eventually only have streamyx..

2-3 years if no one bother to collect list name of ready buyer / residents and pass it to TM in one shot. Which depends on TM sale person there to their job whether they want to come to our resident area or not.

anybody went to Seri Pajam Raya open house on Sunday 2/8/15?
Hows the event?

I went to their event earlier before for citra hill new phase launching.they sent me invitation card even as i am a current buyer.then we went hoping for food and door gift which was mentioned in the invite.however we got there somehow told were not entitled for gift because we are non resident.not entitled for purchaser.all we got was a lousy cactus that died days later.haha.there was not even food served.all habis. We came hoping to meet future neighbours,socialize,,makan2,have fun but we came back feeling dissapointed.just stay there for 10 mins and left. Afterwards,i never bother to go to any of their events even though they sent me fancy card invite.

haha atleast u got the invitation. I only received mine only after 2 weeks the event end.

erm i went 3 times for their big event with food
1. Nada Alam lauching
2. Dmayang Sari launching
3. Some festive/running event

all are ok..with good foods, door gift is different if u already a buyer or newcomer..
so far i had a good experience in their event

what they told me only invited residents from aria received pretty good door gift.key holder or some sort.i was a buyer that already bought a unit from them was treated the same like those walk in random people.maybe we were treated differently because progress pymt only made out 40‰ during that period of time.hahah.btw which unit u bought? Nada alam?

lol blame the postman for late delivery

yup should blame the postman..haha..coz mine also sumthimes late..by seeing the date stamp, it is the post office fault for late delivery.. N9 and Selangor area maybe too far away..

maybe the event person or sales person got the wrong info..heheh

Yeke..mine already claim a lot.saw the house already completed with road n all..next billing,wait for key.dunno when is that.now already pay a lot monthly.1.4k.able to save a bit here n there for renovation,etc..but still have trouble imagining living there with my family.maybe weekend house only for a year or two.both wife n i work in kl n live in kl our whole life..hahah
