Compare the price of the same size landed in Cyberjaya to the units in Seri Pajam, I think the toll and petrol can be completely offset.

At least 200 - 300k difference..

Overprice it depends on individual perception, maybe overprice for some people but maybe is a value buy for the other instead.

Kudos to Citra Hill 2 first phase buyer, there are surely some paper gain once this Violet project are bought by property enthusiasts!

Any feedback on this? Where is it located?

Might be dropping by to the gallery for more info hehe

I take it the project is sandwiched in between EcoMajestic and Nilai Impian, so it has boosted the growth here as well

I heard the stinky part is 1 - 2km from the Pajam toll, is it true?
