depend on what bar you are using. the 7 feet Olympic bar is 45lbs. Other bars? I don't know

I have a lot of sense of humor but laughing at a person who died for the sport he loves ain't no humor for me. You shit brick by seeing that video, me too but that doesn't make it as humorous. If else, it should serve as a reminder for us to be more careful in the future.
