I heard that the place always flooded when its heavy rain due to over flow off the lake.
If developer can guarantee that I will buy for sure.... Those already purchased or staying there, I am sorry and they had already keep their mouth shut as I have friend staying there....had experienced 1 foot flood into his house in this area. there are so many that is available for sale. i have viewed and the place seems decent but the eagerness of the agents/owners to let go makes me suspicious. is there anything that is making all the (almost all) purchasers want to let go...? is it lack of holding power? or something like a big mosque coming up nearby - no offense to muslim bros and sisters.. just looking at it objectively and from market perception.
the post above mentioned flood - would lake edge also be prone to flooding? in short - is this a good place to buy for own stay? |

Many years ago Mutiara Puchong flooded, but ever since like no issue already...
