went for the ballot of phase 5, basically whoever there got a unit though it's called ballot.....some even got 2....

now new phase is going to launch this Saturday and sunday at 948k with 7% discount. food is served.

None is discussing the phase 6 launch on Serenade? Is this Township losing its charm? Personally I think it's location is great being at the puchong CBD.

betul betul 7% discount. It is easy to own, can pay as low as 3% downpayment (if take 90% loan) and own a landed house.
sold less than 30%, still got many to choose. still got 2 more phases of link house yet to launch. |
