Location wise I think it's better than kola kemuning/kajang/semenyih. But people tend to look elsewhere instead.

We have visited the sales gallery last weekend, still have many units available for Phase 6.
Then proceed to visit the completed house. Noticed that occupancy rate is really low and most units are up for sale.

Phase 6 still left many unit went the sales gallery today . Is't worth to buy ? 2 sty leasehold 948k discount 7% . Seen the sale is slow Down compare previous phase.

Mind to ask where can I find 900k new terrace house with gated n guarded with clubhouse facilities in 'kind of' still centre klang valley. Not to mention Shah Alan, klang, sg buloh, mahkota cheras, kajang or serdang..

Just curious though, thanks.

More than 5 times i visited those completed phase and almost book phase 6. But after get some adv and survey i choose to wait and see...

Still a lot unit available when you booked? Heard new phases after this will be semi d, no longer terrace.

Just because its G&G (don't know whether its even strata title or not) and got clubhouse doesn't mean 900K+ for a terrace house is acceptable. Clubhouse still need to pay monthly fee or what not. If individual title no need to talk G&G. Its not according to law. And besides, it says 'guarded community', not gated guarded. Hissshh..
