Then proceed to visit the completed house. Noticed that occupancy rate is really low and most units are up for sale.

Still cheaper than condo which now charging minimum of 30 cent psf

Looking at their master plan, phase 7 will b their last phase for super link. The rest will b semi-D & bungalow lot.

Phase 5 stil got unit? Was told sold out when i placed booking for Phase 6. Phase 5 external look at least better than Phase 6😅

FYI, sales agent informed that club house is under construction and will be ready before handing over of Phase 5 & 6😁 Hope Glomac can deliver their promises with good quality product.

Seems like can handover within next 6 months.

I also heard that from my SA when i bought Phase 6. She said already confirmed, but not sure whether the application approved by MPSJ
