may i know why rm900+k for landed property in heart of bandar puchong jaya is not acceptable? old landed houses in wawasan and bandar puchong jaya also going for around that price but bear in mind these houses are at least 10-15 years old. the newer ones in kinrara and bandar puteri is already going for >rm1million. Even the lakeedge by ytl just beside this development also already > rm1million. further the new condo skypod or whatever in puchong already going for rm900k for a 1k sqft unit. so base on what you say that landed for 900k is not acceptable?This post has been edited by robertchoo: Jul 25 2015, 11:28 AM
