may i know why rm900+k for landed property in heart of bandar puchong jaya is not acceptable? old landed houses in wawasan and bandar puchong jaya also going for around that price but bear in mind these houses are at least 10-15 years old. the newer ones in kinrara and bandar puteri is already going for >rm1million.
