drive past this project yesterday and saw the big piece of land opposite lakeside residence puchong has fenced up and doing piling (didn't see the construction notice board)
anyone know what is that development ?

just some updates
1) 110 units of Phase 6 will be launching June 2014. Indicative pricing RM830k.
2) Phase 5 skipped. Will only launch after phase 6 or even after Semi-D
3) There will be a SW / Publika alike mixed developement opposite the current residential project. to be launch in next 2 years.
4) Clubhouse to be ready together with phase 3 & 4.

betul betul 7% discount. It is easy to own, can pay as low as 3% downpayment (if take 90% loan) and own a landed house.
sold less than 30%, still got many to choose.
still got 2 more phases of link house yet to launch.
