just some updates
1) 110 units of Phase 6 will be launching June 2014. Indicative pricing RM830k. 2) Phase 5 skipped. Will only launch after phase 6 or even after Semi-D 3) There will be a SW / Publika alike mixed developement opposite the current residential project. to be launch in next 2 years. 4) Clubhouse to be ready together with phase 3 & 4. |

wah delay 4 months already ah
hmmm the previous phase (forgot which one) got ppl want to sell at 900k++ (subsale) the new phase, i heard is 800++.. even though it's quite expensive but since it's gated & guarded.. i guess should be able to sell also then why delay? |

My biggest concern is that this is not a "nice" lake ..but again won't be surprise with the price ...at least this is what investor think that they could sell for
