Only 40ft in length, leave an open foyer outside the main door, what are they doing?

I hv not seen this layout for quite some time already, in old days, double storey house build up was relatively small (house length fr 33' - 40') build up fr 1,300sf - 1,800sf, in recent yrs, most of the new projects will try to maximize the land at front and backyard, extend the building to maximize build up, sell at higher price.
I am trying to say, the developer shd build a larger house if they are selling at this price tag.
Anyway the response seems very encouraging still, many people just dun look at the details of the building.

this phase 3 really not worth to buy meh?? is the back end of the house fully extend or there is some empty space??

Better than condo still

Was at the launch today, was not successful in the ballot. They sold out all units, only some bumi units left.

I registered again for the next phase.. no price yet, but one guy told me around 800K...

Looked like they had around 600-800 people for 90 units.. some were sold to staff before ballot.

Hehe, I got one unit. So Lucky and it makes my day, cause i just go alone, was chatting to a lady (quite pretty) and suddenly they called my name. So lady's contact or house, i choose house...

Any idea when Phase 4 will open? What unit sizes are we looking at? Heard there is also a condo coming up here?

They said Phase 4 in April.

The condo's are on the opposite side of the road and will be separate from the landed residences. Its marked on the layout model.

They said it would be like publica.

Is phase 3 really only 40 ft building length? That is very short by today's standards.

I think phase 2 was 50 ft building length.

I was told by 1 of the glomac staff that there's in 6 phases in total, all will be launched by year 2013.

Phase 4, Avory launching this Friday via ballot. 75 units, average price is RM 780K.

Registration for ballot starts at 9am on Friday. They sent me an email

last time were 60units out of 109units.
really waste time to go ballot since the demand is way way more than supply.
ratio is like 50 : 500
