If you zoom in and enlarge your pic, you can see one small longkang leading to the lake.
But from the looks of the pic, those green grassy area may be wet lands and soft soil. Careful when you explore, may be sinking soil.

Quite sure the puchong forest reserve got some nice lubuk in there.
Theres a waterfall in that forest and nice hiking trail.

for those going on ofbn trip this sunday, just a gentle reminder on items u should bring: 
1. Sunblock
2. Split ring plier
3. Gloves - if u doing lots of jigging
4. 20 cent Knife - if u plan to cut some bait for bottom.
5. Sea sick pills - veloxin recommended

1st pond yesterday i went,p and keli found.

2nd - 4th pond ayer hitam forest reserve ponds.

only 2nd pond can be access thru the residential areas.
the others are quite hard,due theres a big drainage n fences in between.
very potential since its forest reserved.

2. 13ft fiber boat by RT - fit 3paxs

Announcement : Just found out that CWS is now charging RM30 /pax for fishing. The old promotion price of RM15 ended. Boat rental remains at RM50/day

puchong got too many lakes and ponds for me to miss out this one from the map, i've gone to a lot of them, but catch rate really sucks, or maybe my skill "beh ki", haha..btw if we have parangs and phua chu kang boots, there is a place i really wanna explore, looks to me like a virgin lake/pond, but very hard to go in, thick jungle terrain

went check out this pond b4 oso, quite small, but i stand there for like half and hour, 0 activity seen, side oso kenot c any small fish, very quiet, never cast in though. its actually inside a parking area, meaning u can basically park ur car right next to the water, easy access, if got fish i think shud b crowded but no one is fishing there. anyone tried b4, pls conform, i oso hope puchong still got HOPE..haha

i think we'll do quite a lot of bottom oso, 40-60 pound mono leader, preferably tied nicely b4 we go, if not kelam kabut there.
seasick pills to take 1 hour b4 we leave out to sea ya, and another dose after 6 hours. i'll bring some junk food just in case if anyone seasick
camera, cuz we gonna take damn a lot of them fishes..

air hitam forest reserve ???

i went in there before , before i reach the legendary lake inside already get halau by orang asli with parang 

if you planing to go in there got 3 thing you must know the area got

1 ) ranger + upm stuff patrolling

2) orang asli with parang

3) wild animal , i swear to god i see wild boar foot print 
if you meet 1 you probably get chase out with head photo taken (AKA police style)

meet 2 you need to pay kopi 0 before they release you and for godsake dont resist them just pay them money for safe passage

haven meet 3 before so dont know 

ya bro i'm all loaded and ready to go, might buy some prawns and a few kembong, just in case we cant get bait fish
if weights, leaders and apollo are all u looking for, i think i got enuff for u also, but my leader is 50lb tomman tali hantu, if u dont mind

here the picture of the lake inside ayer hitam forest , personally i haven reach the lake before
i try to enter the area 2 times , 1 stop by orang asli , 1 stop by ranger

and from the info i get is the main lake is quite deep inside the forest , take around 2 hours to reach the site.
