hassle free is dropi in air filter such as k&n..u dun need heatshield or CAI.....keep the stock everything...

I have K&N drop in on my car because those paper filter from Honda costs RM120 each It doesn't give a lot of performance difference compared to stock.

I am using K&N drop in for my Wira as well, satisfied with it

Will be adding CAI for better air intake later

anyone tried welding a pipe inside the midbox inorder to reduce sound?

i wanted to use straightflow muffler without that noisy, but the straight flow with tabung is very big doesnt suit my gen2, then the seller recommend me use normal type straight flow but weld a pipe inside the midbox.
pls advise.

Yes, I've tried it before (recommended by WAI HENG and so called "silencer"). Seriously, it's plain bullshit and doesn't reduce the sound. If you want it to be silent then get a proper muffler (with fiber) so that would help to absorb noise.

I recommend jian hang, the boss wont simply ask u add this and that.
I wanted to change my current 4-2-1 to R3 spec he selling, he dun wan to sell to me. Ask me use 1st. LOL

Yup..Few friend also recommend Jian Hang n Ijal exhaust..Ijal is the student ex exployee of Jian Hang

Is it compulsory to start one? The "cheat" I'm mentioning here isn't about con cases like you presume which would always end up in a dispute thread. I don't stop people from going there but I advice them that this is a crap place to get your exhaust done. If you think it's not then by all means go ahead, no one is restricting you. Of course if it's screwed up after that, don't complain.

Go jian Hang look for Mr Chan.
I complaint about exhaust a bit noisy and he changed my matola bullet to midbox FOC. Now problem settled.
BTW i did the bullet at his place. Initially i like to add 1 more bullet but he say no need..
If i go other shop sure money fly.
